How MAP Works

We will walk the show in the exhibitors’ and attendees’ shoes, from pre-show through the on site experience, to assess the overall experience and customer satisfaction. Through our first-hand experiences, undercover interviews, and industry knowledge, MAP will provide tangible feedback and recommendations to event leadership.
Analyze
Our service delivers an unbiased analysis of how your show is perceived by your customers. Based on a sliding scale from 1-5 (1 lowest, 5 highest), we will identify and present a summary of actionable insights. We will meet with you to provide guidance for best practices, continuous improvement, and other program details to assure your program is a success and help you receive the positive ROI you’re seeking.
Results
